Time taken and info given has helped enormously. I was treated as a human being and not a number. Everyone in this surgery is great. I have been before and there are absolutely no complaints.

The care and attention I have received at Whitefields Surgery is second to none. Appointments are easy to arrange (and change if necessary), waiting times are kept to between zero and bare minimum and the medical treatment and care are both excellent. I cannot see any way in which improvements are required at this time. At the age of 70, and still in reasonably good health, I have every confidence in the surgery team as old age draws on - which in itself is a contribution to good health.
